Online Bill Pay

With the optional free Bill Pay service from First Citizens, you can easily make payments for just about all your bills, directly from your checking account. Take care of your credit card, mortgage and utility bills payments online in a matter of minutes. It's faster, easier and more secure than paying bills the old-fashioned way. Plus, you can schedule payments to be made automatically each month, and never worry about late fees or the hassle of keeping track of your bills again. To apply for First Citizens Online Banking and Bill Pay, have your checking account number and your ATM or Visa Check Card number ready and click here to complete the online application. If you already have access to Online Banking but would like to enroll in Bill Pay, log in to Online Banking, go to the Customer service tab and click the "Enroll an Account in Bill Pay," link or visit your local First Citizens branch.

With First Citizen’s free e-statement service, instead of receiving a paper statement through the mail, you receive your statement securely through online banking. Your e-statement looks just like your paper statement, and can even include images of your posted checks. Going paperless isn’t just good for the environment—it’s good for you, too.

  • Since your financial information isn’t sent through the mail, you can reduce your risk of mail fraud and identity theft
  • You’ll have less paper to manage and file each month
  • You'll receive e-mail alerts letting you know when your electronic statements are available through online banking
  • As an online banking customer, you can receive an e-statement for any First Citizens checking, savings or home equity line of credit account
  • You can view up to 16 months of statement history

It's easy to enroll in e-statements: Just click on the Customer Service tab once you sign in to online banking, then click "Go Paperless."
