Q. How do I determine my customer ID?

A. The first time you sign in to Online Banking, your Customer ID is your 16-digit VISA® Check Card or ATM card number.

After that, you may change your Customer ID at any time to something that may be easier to remember.

Q. How do I determine my password?

A. The first time you sign in, enter "Pass" plus the last 4 digits of your 16-digit ATM card or Visa® Check Card number as your password.

(example: Customer ID: 4465123498768765, Password: Pass8765)

If this is not the first time you are signing-in to Online Banking, your password is a code you have previously selected that is between 8 and 14 characters long, contains both letters and numbers and is case-sensitive.

Q. Why isn't my password working?

A. Your password is case-sensitive, which means you must type in the same combination of uppercase and lowercase letters you used when you selected it. (Hint: make sure you have not accidentally hit the caps lock key.)

Q. What if I forgot my Customer ID or Password?

A. Click the appropriate link below to reset your Customer ID or password. You will need your ATM/Debit Card number and PIN to complete the process, as well as the ZIP code of the address on record for your account.
