They can feel just as comfortable doing business with you online as they do face-to-face.
From your Web site, customers can choose whether they prefer a credit or debit (check) payment option. If a customer chooses the credit option, the transaction will be processed through our First Citizens Merchant Services area. If a customer chooses the debit option, he or she will be seamlessly transitioned to our Web Pay server.
Web Pay also gives you the choice of comparing the check's information against a nationwide database and delivering an approval or denial response.
For your convenience, you can choose from two processing options: a physical check that will be deposited at First Citizens, or an ACH file that will draft the customer's checking account for the payment amount. Other advantages include:

- Costs that are comparable to credit card and check processing rates.
- Internet-based reporting of Web Pay deposits and returns — with flexible options for research, review or download. Deposit reporting includes all individual payments in the deposit; returned item reporting includes an image of the source check, along with the reason for return.
