- Diversity Discussions — the Chief Diversity Officer frequents staff meetings to facilitate discussion on diversity awareness.
- Employee Engagement Survey — First Citizens routinely measures the extent to which our associates value, enjoy and believe in what they do. The survey enables us to view results by several diversity dimensions so that we can prioritize our efforts.
