Vacation Leave

  • Paid vacation time of up to 10 days per year
  • Additional vacation is earned based on length of service and classification
  • Based on eligibility criteria, associates may sell back or roll over up to five days of unused vacation time

Sick Leave

  • Up to 12 days of paid sick time provided each year
  • New hires and part-time associates receive sick time on a pro-rated basis
  • Two sick days per year may be used as personal days

Banking Services

  • Associates may have two non-interest bearing consumer checking accounts, waived of activity and certain direct service charges, and offering free checks
  • Savings accounts waived of the monthly maintenance fees are also available
  • Traveler's checks and money orders are available at no charge
  • Associates who meet normal credit standards may receive personal loans, credit cards, and overdraft lines at employee rates

Lifeworks

  • Provided to associates and their immediate family members with free access to an employee assistance and resources program
  • Fast, confidential, and easy-to-use service
