Its primary subsidiaries are First Citizens Bank and Trust Company, Inc. (“First Citizens”), The Exchange Bank of South Carolina, Inc. (“Exchange Bank”), and Merchants and Farmers Bank of Comer, Georgia (“Merchants”). First Citizens offers services in commercial and retail banking through more than 180 offices throughout South Carolina and eastern Georgia. Exchange Bank provides banking services through four branches in Williamsburg and Georgetown counties in South Carolina. Merchants operates six full-service offices in the Georgia communities of Comer, Colbert, Danielsville, Hull and Ila.
